Do I have to buy the purifier?
No — that's the point. The machine stays ours: installation, filter replacements and the monthly service visit are all part of one subscription. If it's not working, it's our problem, not yours.
What happens at a free home demo?
About 20 minutes. We test your current drinking water in front of you, explain what the numbers mean, and answer your questions. No obligation, no pressure.
When and where do you launch?
Pokhara, October 2026 — right after Dashain. The first batch of installations is limited, and the launch list gets priority.
What if something breaks or tastes wrong?
Tell us and we come. It's our equipment — repairs and filter changes are part of the service, and we re-test your water at every monthly visit anyway.
Our jar water seems fine — why change?
Maybe it is — but quality varies batch to batch, and you can't see it. With KORA you never lift a 20-kg jar again, never run out, and never wonder: your water is tested at your own tap, in front of you.
